A large business is one that is not considered small based on the Small Business Administration's (SBA) size standards. Large businesses are encouraged to meet with the OSBP staff to discuss subcontracting policies, contractor goal statements and reporting subcontracting information (Previous Standard Forms 294 and 295 - Subcontracting Reports) via the Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS).
The OSBP staff also assists large businesses with locating qualified small businesses to use as subcontractors, as well as matching large businesses as subcontractors to small businesses.
