The white, scarlet, and blue background of the disc represents our parent command, Army Materiel Command. The Hawaiian warrior spear (the Pololu) with shark teeth and rooster feathers recalls the heritage of Hawaii, the home base of the Brigade. The circular scroll brings to mind a globe encompassing, from horizon to horizon, the great Pacific Ocean and is emblazoned with our motto 'Across the Pacific'. The radiating sun, representing the tropics, has its rays pointing to the major directional points on a compass, underscoring the worldwide scope of Army contracting support.

Who We Are

The Regional Contracting Office-Hawaii (RCO-HI) is a customer-focused organization, dedicated to delivering quality, timely, and responsive acquisition planning and contracting services. As a contracting office under the 413th Contracting Support Brigade, U.S. Army Contracting Command, we support the U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) mission. Our Regional Contracting Office Chief and Staff components are located at Wheeler Army Airfield (WAAF) in Hawaii. In addition to WAAF, we also have a contracting presence at Kwajalein Atoll in the Republic of the Marshall Islands, which supports contract administration efforts on U.S. Army Garrison-Kwajalein Atoll.

What We Do

We provide comprehensive cradle-to-grave contracting, business advisory support and sustained expertise to USARPAC and IMCOM-Pacific. Our contracting and procurement expertise include installation and base operations, minor construction and repair, and LOGCAP support throughout the Pacific. We take pride in our role as fiscal stewards by meeting mission partners’ needs in the most effective, economical and timely manner. We provide mission partners with access to innovative and agile solutions through our interface with industry and small business. RCO-HI’s core functions include:

• Award/Administer Installation-Level and Expeditionary Contracts;
• Market Army Contracting in Hawaii; and
• Training soldiers and civilians.

Area of Responsibilite(AOR)

RCO-Hawaii’s primary are of responsibility includes the Hawaiian Islands (17 Army Locations), Kwajalein, Saipan, Guam and American Samoa.
