PM Allied Tactical Vehicles Afghan National Maintenance Strategy W56HZV15r0139

The purpose of this service contracting effort is to provide training, maintenance and supply chain management support services to the Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF). These services are required to support U.S. strategic objectives in transitioning the war effort to the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIRoA). The ultimate goal of this program is to enable the ANSF to be self-sufficient in maintaining and sustaining its vehicles, weapons and equipment.

The U.S. Government developed the DRAFT National Maintenance Strategy (NMS) Request For Proposal (RFP). The information is DRAFT ONLY, pre-decisional documents, and is anticipated to change before the final RFP is released. Publication of the DRAFT RFP is not a pre-RFP notice (synopsis) or a formal RFP and does not bind the U.S. Government to solicit or award a contract. All DRAFT documents are subject to change.

More Information

Feedback provided in response to the DRAFT RFP shall be voluntary on the part of the potential offeror and no reimbursements will be made to any potential offeror for costs associated with its feedback.

In order to balance the benefit of open communication with industry with the need to focus on critical issues of the RFP, judicious utilization of the Question and Answer process will be implemented. Please note all questions will be posted for public review, without attribution to the source, along with all Government responses.

Updated information on the NMS will be posted as necessary. Interested parties are responsible to keep themselves informed, so it is important to visit FBO periodically to ensure that you have the most current information.
