This page is to provide a description of the United States Army's plans to procure an Early Entry Fluid Distribution System (E2FDS).
The E2FDS is a rapidly-emplaced, high-throughput fluid distribution conduit system. The E2FDS is configured into a 50-mile system through the procurement of 10 five mile sets. It can throughput 850,000 gallons of petroleum or 650,000 gallons of raw/non-potable water per 20 hour operational day.
The system will be required to meet all the stated requirements in the E2FDS Army Technical Purchase Description (ATPD). The U.S. Army is planning to solicit competitive proposals for the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) and Production & Deployment E2FDS
Updated information on the E2FDS will be posted as necessary. Interested parties are responsible to keep themselves informed, so it is important to visit FBO periodically to ensure that you have the most current information.
